Providence Medical Group (PMG) is seeking a Family Medicine nurse practitioner or physician associate to join an innovative team of clinicians who are increasing patient access & supporting clinic-based teams throughout Oregon. You will provide direct patient care through virtual visits -OR- indirect care by supporting physicians with in-basket management.

Ideal candidates will have a minimum of two years post-graduate experience within a primary care setting. You will be part of an integrated, team-based care model including a behavioral health provider, clinical pharmacist, case management team, and an outstanding operational support team.

Position Details:

  • Full-time position
  • Shifts include evenings until 10 p.m. as well as some weekend call hours
  • Virtual visits and/or indirect patient care (remote)
  • May also include float days in the clinic (in-person)

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits
  • Malpractice liability insurance provided

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Must live in the Portland metro area (or Medford / Southern Oregon)
  • 5+ years of clinical experience within primary care setting preferred
  • 2 years of post-graduate clinical experience within primary care setting required
