We're on the hunt for a driven, tech-savvy, high-energy Recruiter / Team Leader (R/TL) to lead the charge in our rapidly expanding Black Hills, South Dakota region. What You'll Be Responsible For:

  • Coaching, leading, and holding agents and staff to elite-level performance.
  • Owning the financial performance of your office, using data to drive profitability.
  • Creating a culture of accountability, celebration, and continuous learning.
  • Acting as a consultant to top producers—guiding their business growth like a trusted advisor.
  • Championing our people-first, legacy-driven culture every single day.
