'Responsibilities'

' Oversee daily restaurant operations ensuring smooth workflow.

  • Lead and motivate team members to achieve high performance.
  • Manage inventory, ordering supplies, and controlling costs.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.
  • Train staff on customer service, food preparation, and safety procedures.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
  • Support recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding processes.
  • Collaborate with management to meet sales targets and improve operational efficiency.'

'Qualifications'' Proven management or supervisory experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting. Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and standards.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle cash transactions and manage POS systems.
  • Experience with inventory control and cost management.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
