About Xenios

Xenios is creating the next-generation AI operating system for proactive health. We're seeking a Chief Commercial Officer to build and scale our entire revenue engine from first dollar to $50M+ ARR.

The Opportunity

As Chief Commercial Officer, you'll own our growth strategy and build the commercial organization. You'll establish our sales and marketing infrastructure and master both enterprise and consumer acquisition strategies.

You will:

  • Build and lead the complete revenue organization (sales, marketing, customer success)
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategy for B2B and B2C segments
  • Establish sales processes for enterprise deals with clinics and health systems
  • Drive marketing strategy to attract and retain individual coaches and practitioners
  • Create scalable customer acquisition and retention programs
  • Partner with product and partnerships teams to drive ecosystem growth
  • Establish pricing strategy and commercial terms

Who You Are

We're looking for a proven revenue leader who has built commercial organizations from the ground up.

Required:

  • 12+ years in commercial leadership roles (sales, marketing, customer success)
  • Track record leading a company from $0 to $50M+ ARR
  • Experience with B2B2C or marketplace business models
  • Success building and scaling sales and marketing teams (0 to 50+ people)
  • Demonstrated ability to close complex enterprise deals
  • Located in or willing to relocate to Austin, Texas
  • Deep passion for healthcare transformation

Bonus Points:

  • Healthcare or digital health commercial experience
  • Experience with value-based care or payer relationships
  • Track record launching new market categories
  • Existing relationships with health system executives
