Columbus, Ohio, United States TLC Nursing Full time $1,637 - $1,736
Embark on a meaningful journey as a Licensed Practical Nurse in Long-Term Care, embracing a travel assignment that places you in Franklin, New Hampshire, and opens doors to impactful, person-centered care. Picture yourself building trusted relationships with residents, guiding families through care planning, and delivering compassionate, hands-on support that lifts everyday life from routine to restorative. In this role, your steady hands and clear communication will help residents maintain dignity, comfort, and independence, while you grow your clinical leadership within the long-term care specialty. This is more than a job; it's a chance to develop specialized skills, mentor fellow caregivers, and contribute to a culture that celebrates resilience, empathy, and continuous learning. And as you pursue each new assignment, you'll have the opportunity to connect with communities across New England and beyond, always bringing the same level of excellence to every shift. Separately, you can also experience the beauty of this state—crisp fall foliage, the grandeur of the White Mountains, tranquil lakes, and quaint New England towns that invite exploration during your downtime.

Location benefits extend beyond Franklin. Working in New Hampshire offers a supportive healthcare landscape with a strong emphasis on patient-centered care, collaborative teams, and opportunities to expand your scope in geriatric nursing. The assignment also provides exposure to multiple locations across the U.S., enriching your professional perspective and enhancing your adaptability in diverse care settings. You'll be part of a network that values your contributions and rewards your commitment with a competitive compensation package, robust housing support, and pathways to extend your contract as your goals evolve. Each location brings unique experiences—from quiet, family-friendly communities to vibrant regional centers—giving you the chance to experience American life from coast to coast while keeping your core focus on excellent patient care.

In this role, your key responsibilities will center on direct, high-quality nursing care for residents in long-term care settings. You'll perform accurate assessments, administer medications, monitor chronic conditions, and support mobility, nutrition, and wound care plans. You'll collaborate closely with RNs, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams to update care plans, document progress, and respond promptly to changes in residents' conditions. You'll mentor Certified Nursing Assistants, promote infection control and safety standards, and participate in care conferences to advocate for residents' preferences and goals. The role offers clear professional growth paths: pursue specialty training in geriatric care, expand your competencies with wound care or palliative care certifications, and seize leadership opportunities as you demonstrate reliability, clinical judgment, and compassionate communication. The package includes a competitive incentive bonus, housing assistance to ease relocation, and extension opportunities should you wish to continue beyond the initial contract. You'll have 24/7 support while traveling with the company, ensuring you're never alone in navigating back-to-back assignments, complex cases, or sudden schedule changes. Your weekly pay ranges from 1,637 to 1,736, with a guaranteed 36.0 hours per week, and the start date is 11/24/2025 for a weeks-long duration that can adapt to your career ambitions. Please note: The hours and pay rates listed are estimates and may vary. Final compensation packages and guaranteed hours will be confirmed during the hiring process.

This opportunity reflects our company's values: we empower staff to advance their careers while fostering a supportive, collaborative environment. We invest in your growth with ongoing education, mentorship, and access to resources that help you succeed in today's aging population landscape. You'll be part of a community that recognizes your dedication, respects your expertise, and supports you as you chart a path toward greater responsibility and impact.

Ready to apply? If you're a dedicated LPN seeking to deepen your Long-Term Care expertise, desire exposure across diverse settings, and want a role that values your professional development as much as your compassion, this travel assignment is for you. Join a company that recognizes your contribution, provides comprehensive support, and believes in your bright future.
