Summary:
The PowerScribe 360 Analyst is responsible for the administration, configuration, optimization, and support of the PowerScribe 360 speech recognition and reporting platform. This role partners closely with Radiology, IT, and clinical leadership to ensure efficient radiology documentation workflows, high system availability, and alignment with organizational standards and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Administer and support PowerScribe 360 Reporting, including user provisioning, profiles, templates, macros, and vocabularies
  • Configure and maintain speech recognition workflows to improve radiologist efficiency and report accuracy
  • Manage system integrations between PowerScribe 360 and RIS, PACS, and EHR systems (e.g., Epic Radiant)
  • Troubleshoot application issues, performance problems, and dictation errors; coordinate with vendor support as needed
  • Build, test, and maintain report templates and structured reporting content
  • Support system upgrades, patches, and new feature rollouts, including testing and validation
  • Monitor system performance, uptime, and usage metrics
  • Provide end-user training and ongoing support for radiologists and clinical staff
  • Develop and maintain system documentation, workflows, and standard operating procedures
  • Support change management, including configuration changes and workflow optimization
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA, security policies, and clinical documentation standards

Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting PowerScribe 360 in a healthcare or radiology environment
  • Strong understanding of radiology workflows and clinical documentation processes
  • Experience with speech recognition technologies and reporting systems
  • Ability to troubleshoot application, integration, and user-related issues
  • Strong communication skills with both technical and clinical stakeholders
