We're a well-established, state-of-the-art Fee-for-Service / High-Fee PPO dental practice located in a busy and high-demand area of Livingston, NJ. Our fully digital office features 4 operatories and a supportive, tight-knit team. We are committed to delivering exceptional patient care, and we're looking for an experienced, skilled, and motivated General Dentist to join our growing team.
What We Offer
- Daily compensation: $1,000 – $1,600, based on experience & production
- 4-operatory practice with 2 doctor chairs + 1 hygienist (2–3 hygiene chairs/day)

Ideal Candidate
- 5+ years clinical experience preferred (will consider strong newer grads)
- Confident in all aspects of general dentistry
- Patient-focused with excellent communication skills
- Interested in practice growth and leadership
- Business-minded and open to ownership/equity opportunities
Clinical Skills Required
- Digital Dentistry (scanning, planning, CAD/CAM workflows)
- Invisalign or other clear aligner systems
- Implant Restorations (placement a plus)
- Molar Endodontics
- Full Mouth Rehabilitation / Comprehensive Treatment Planning
- Breadth of general dentistry procedures
