What Your Day Will Look Like:

As a Professional Engineer in the Construction Services group, you'll your engineering knowledge and PE license to support construction oversight, compliance, and quality assurance. You'll work under the guidance of senior engineers to review designs, monitor construction activities, and ensure projects meet technical specifications, safety standards, and client expectations. This role provides the foundation for growth into greater technical and project management responsibility.

In addition, this position will be authorized $150 per day in onsite per diem.

What You'll Do:

  • Assist in reviewing design plans, specifications, and construction documents for accuracy and constructability.
  • Monitor construction activities to verify compliance with engineeringstandards, safety requirements, and contract documents.
  • Support preparation of technical reports, calculations, and documentation related to field inspections and project progress.
  • Coordinate with contractors, inspectors, and project managers to resolve routine field issues.
  • Contribute to client communication and project meetings, providing technical input and supporting decision-making.

What You'll Need:

  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering.
  • 5+ years in construction management, inspection in civil engineering projects.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license TX.
  • A valid drivers license in good standing.
