- Enterprise System Implementations
Corporate-wide technology initiatives across Finance, HR, Operations, Data, Payments, and Guest/Employee platforms.
This role manages projects end-to-end—scoping, planning, execution, vendor coordination, change management, training readiness, and post-launch stabilization. The Project Manager partners with IT leadership, corporate departments, regional teams, vendors, and property stakeholders to ensure projects deliver on time, on budget, and in alignment with Auberge standards.
This position requires exceptional organization, strong communication skills, and the ability to operate confidently across both technical and business domains.
Key Responsibilities
Project Coordination & Delivery

- Ensure all stakeholders understand scope, responsibilities, and deadlines.
- Maintain project documentation, RAID logs, and executive-ready status reporting.
Cross-Functional Alignment
- Serve as the central coordination point between IT, Finance, HR, Operations, Engineering, Cybersecurity, and regional teams.
- Facilitate project meetings, decisions, follow-ups, and cross-team communication.
Enterprise Systems Oversight
- Coordinate dependencies, deliverables, and schedules for enterprise system deployments.
- Ensure system owners, SMEs, and business teams remain aligned throughout planning, testing, and rollout phases.
Support for Openings & Transitions
- Oversee IT workstream timelines for new hotels, transitions, and expansions.
- Coordinate efforts among consultants, regional IT, system owners, and vendors to keep deliverables on track.
Governance & Standards
- Ensure PMO methodologies, templates, and reporting standards are consistently applied.
- Escalate risks, timeline impacts, and resource constraints proactively to leadership.
Qualifications
Required
- 5+ years of project management experience delivering technology or cross-functional business projects.
- Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives with structured methodologies.
- Strong communication skills with ability to present to executives and cross-departmental leaders.
- Experience coordinating system deployments, integrations, or technology rollouts.
- High organizational discipline: RAID logs, charters, dashboards, stakeholder documentation.
- Ability to translate between technical details and business impacts.
Preferred
- Hospitality or multi-property portfolio experience.
- Experience with systems such as Workday, Concur, Adaptive Planning, ERP/Finance platforms, or similar.
- Exposure to new hotel openings, transitions, or construction-related IT deliverables.
- PMP, CAPM, CSM, or equivalent certification.
