Position Overview

We're looking for motivated & experienced lacrosse coaches to join our network in the Los Angeles, CA area - including the city and all surrounding towns/counties. This is a 1099 independent contractor role where you decide your rates, availability, and training locations. We provide the tech, support, and marketing - you bring the coaching.

Who This Is For

This role is perfect for current or former college/pro athletes, current or past high school/club coaches, or experienced trainers looking to take control of their schedule and income while increasing their traffic. You must be passionate about helping young athletes improve, and ready to commit at least 8 hours a week. What You'll Do

• Run 1:1 and small group lacrosse lessons - from beginner to advanced levels
• Set your own rates (most sessions range from $30–$100/hour)
• Choose your availability and training location (parks, fields, courts, indoor, etc.)
• Use our platform tools for all communication, scheduling, and payments
• Build long-term relationships with athletes and families
• Commit to being active on the platform for at least 12 months (it can take a few weeks for new coaches to gain real traction - success doesn't happen overnight)

• Great Pay: keep 80% of every booking. No hidden fees and we put our 20% cut towards helping you grow
• Dedicated Support: We back you with tools, resources, and client support - helping you turn each client into long-term coaching relationships. The AU average is 10+ lessons per client

Important Requirements

• Minimum 8 hours/week availability
• Must respond promptly to booking inquiries (ideally within a few hours)
• All payments and messaging must be handled via the platform
• Coaches must process their sessions in the app calendar to receive payment
