Propane Service Technician

WHAT'S MY NEXT CAREER AS A SERVICE TECHNICIAN GOING TO LOOK LIKE?

• Performs installation, maintenance and repair of propane and/or oil burning systems and equipment
• Repair and perform maintenance on diesel and/or gasoline tanks and equipment
• Assist with customer challenges
• This position is HOME EVERY NIGHT - ALL LOCAL ROUTES

WHAT CAN I EXPECT?

This position will be tasked with the following key objectives:

• Operate company equipment safely, aligned with DOT regulation, company policies and other local/state traffic laws
• Interact and communicate professionally with customer and business partners
• Read and efficiently interpret electrical and mechanical blueprints, manuals, etc.

Some positions will have the following work environment qualities.

• This role will primarily be driving a company commercial motor vehicle and will be exposed to working outdoors throughout the year

For this role, we are looking for talent that can bring to the table the following.

• Class A or B CDL
• A high school diploma/GED equivalent
• At least two (2) years of professional experience as a Service Technician/Maintenance Technician or related experience
• HazMat & Tanker Endorsements OR ability to obtain
• Ability and willingness to work a on-call rotation
• Petroleum and/or Propane Certification OR ability to obtain
• Dedication to safety and compliance
• A desire to learn, grow and work as a cross-functional team member with other divisions within EverGRO
