We are seeking a dynamic, compassionate Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our mission-driven mobile wound care team in the North Seattle area.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform comprehensive wound assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Deliver wound care in patient homes and care facilities
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams while maintaining independent clinical judgment
  • Conduct telehealth visits as permitted by WA state regulations
  • Prescribe medications and treatments as appropriate
  • Accurately document all care and patient progress
  • Travel locally to patient homes (mileage reimbursed)
  • Optional: Round in Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs) or rehab centers

Qualifications

  • Current, board-certified Nurse Practitioner (FNP, APRN) with active Washington license
  • Master's degree from an accredited NP program
  • Preferred: Urgent care or wound care experience
  • Bonus: ER, ICU, or critical care background
  • Strong communication, clinical judgment, and patient-centered approach
  • Independent, organized, and self-motivated with excellent time management skills

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: $150,000–$175,000 annually (commensurate with experience)
  • Full-time, salaried role with comprehensive benefits package
  • Mileage reimbursement for all travel
