Position Overview: Ensures that an appropriate number of cars are kept on location throughout the shift and are being parked correctly and the lot is kept clean and presentable.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Position requires to assist customers with pay stations, prepaid tickets, and collect parking fees for cash and credit card customers at the exit.
  • Occasionally directing traffic is required, and applicants must be able to walk and stand for an extended period. No driving is required.
  • Applicants must be able to speak fluent English and courteously assist customers. Must be able to work independently.
  • Applicants are responsible for safely ensuring moving vehicles and pedestrians enter and exit parking areas.
  • Must be able to follow schedule and checklist closely but stay flexible when needed.
  • Must be punctual, thorough, and have a great work ethic.
  • Accurately record all completed tasks.

Requirements:

  • Superb customer service and communication skills.
  • Must pass a background check.
  • Ability to sit and/or stand at a designated station for extended periods of time, ability to walk, bend, stoop, reach, grasp, kneel, crouch, twist push/pull items, devices, etc. during the course of scheduled working hours.
  • Ability to lift up to 20 lbs to position or remove barricades in order to close or open parking areas.
