- Develop, monitor, and reconcile budgets, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports. Power BI or other BI tools preferred.
- Conduct monthly and annual budget vs. expense reviews, variance analyses, and year-end reconciliations.
- Meet with budget stakeholders to review financial information and promote financial literacy.
- Work with peers to make financial adjustments and ensure accuracy of transactions.
- Recommend and implement improvements to departmental process and procedure.
- Role may evolve with departmental needs. Budget and expense models are undergoing significant changes. This role has the opportunity to help guide future growth.
