Job Title: Janitorial Services (Full-Time/Part-Time)

Location: Two ABA Clinic Buildings

Schedule: Daily Cleaning 3pm-11pm

Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Janitorial Service Provider to maintain cleanliness and sanitation across two ABA therapy buildings. This role ensures that our clinical spaces remain safe, hygienic, and welcoming for clients, families, and staff on a daily basis.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform daily cleaning of two designated ABA clinic buildings, including offices, therapy rooms, restrooms, kitchens/break rooms, hallways, and common areas.
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum, and sanitize floors.
  • Empty trash and recycling receptacles; replace liners.
  • Clean and disinfect high-touch surfaces (door handles, light switches, tables, therapy equipment surfaces).
  • Clean and restock restrooms (soap, paper towels, toilet paper).
  • Clean glass doors, interior windows, and mirrors as needed.
  • Maintain cleaning supply inventory and notify management when replenishment is needed.
  • Ensure all rooms are orderly and ready for use the next business day.
  • Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or damage to the building manager immediately.
  • Follow all company safety, confidentiality, and security protocols, including HIPAA-sensitive areas.

Qualifications

  • Prior janitorial or commercial cleaning experience preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently across multiple locations.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to high cleanliness standards.
  • Reliable transportation and punctuality.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and perform physical tasks such as bending, standing, and carrying equipment.
  • Must pass background check (required for working in an ABA/health-related environment).

Work Environment

  • Professional clinical environment with children and families present during business hours (cleaning typically occurs outside session times).
  • Two nearby buildings requiring daily service .

Pay: $ $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
