About Us:

ATM Real Estate Group is property management group committed to maintaining quality communities and responsive service. We are currently hiring an Experienced Leasing Consultant for one of our more challenging properties. This position requires someone with solid leasing skills, the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, and a strong understanding of Fair Housing regulations.

Position Overview:

As a Leasing Consultant, you will be the first impression of our community to potential residents. We're looking for a motivated, confident individual with previous leasing experience who can handle the unique demands of a high-turnover or high-pressure property.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet, qualify, and tour prospective residents to close leases
  • Respond to leasing inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins
  • Maintain occupancy targets through effective leasing strategies
  • Manage resident relations, address complaints, and enforce community rules
  • Assist in preparing units for showings and move-ins
  • Conduct follow-ups and ensure a strong pipeline of leads
  • Accurately complete all leasing paperwork and data entry
  • Collaborate with property manager and maintenance teams
  • Support marketing and community outreach efforts

Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of leasing experience required
  • Experience working at high-demand or high-turnover properties preferred
  • Strong understanding of Fair Housing laws and compliance is required
  • AppFolio experience preferred (or willingness to learn quickly)
  • Excellent communication, sales, and customer service skills
  • Ability to de-escalate conflict and handle difficult situations with professionalism
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Bilingual is a plus
  • Weekend availability required
