Physical Therapist – 1:1 Outpatient Home Visits

Now hiring a Physical Therapist for 1:1 outpatient visits in the home.

This is a full-time or part-time role treating motivated orthopedic and neurologic clients in a local territory. No aides, no double-booking, and no clinic burnout.

We're not home health — we're outpatient care done differently.

You'll deliver high-quality sessions in the home using provided equipment, supported by a close-knit team and a structured mentorship program.

What You'll Do:

  • Treat clients 1:1 in their homes (no telehealth, no facility work)
  • Manage a local caseload only — no long commutes
  • Work with a very tight knit and supportive team.
  • Document using mobile-friendly EMR, and AI assisted documentation tools.
  • Receive support from your mentor, admin team, and pod lead
  • Partake in a structured 6 month mentorship program.

What You Won't Do:

  • No productivity quotas
  • No double-booking
  • No aides running your plan of care
  • No bouncing across counties
  • Feeling like you are solo without support, or growing along side your teammates.

We Provide:

  • All equipment such as Massage table, weights, resistance bands, neuro tools, bikes, tech, etc.
  • Branded gear + portable equipment kit
  • Work phone line + support from admin and leadership
  • A 6 month mentorship program with weekly check-ins, business and clinical trainings.
  • Access to optional advanced trainings (PWR, CSRS, etc)
  • LSVT Big training

You'll have the option to assist with Rock Steady Boxing Ocean County, the region's first concierge-level RSB program. We'll sponsor your certification if you'd like to get involved — totally optional.

You're a Fit If You:

  • Are a licensed (or license-eligible) Doctor of Physical Therapy in NJ
  • Have 1+ years of experience in outpatient ortho or neuro (or strong clinicals) - New grads are welcome to apply.
  • Want schedule flexibility and 1:1 client relationships
  • Communicate with warmth, clarity, and confidence
  • Thrive in independent environments with strong team support
  • Want to grow clinically and professionally
  • Are open to mentorship (or excited to give back)

Location:

This position serves clients in and around your home, or along the shore from Long Branch & surrounding towns.

We assign small, tight territories so your time is spent on care — not commuting.

  • Lakewood
  • Point Pleasant

Compensation & Benefits:

  • $84,000–$110,000+ annually, depending on experience and schedule
