General Physician, P.C. (GPPC), part of Kaleida Health in Buffalo, NY, is seeking a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician to join our growing group. Locations throughout the region are available.  We would appreciate the opportunity to discuss your interests and requirements.

*Base pay rate is not inclusive of productivity and quality incentives  that service line specific positions may qualify for in their department.    Signing, retention and relocation bonuses  may also be available and would also be in addition to base salary compensation.  The pay range listed is a good faith determination of potential base compensation that may be offered to a successful applicant at the time of posting. When determining pay, several factors will be considered, including but not limited to location, specialty, service line, years of relevant experience, education, professional credentials, internal equity, and budget.

Job Duties:

  • Providing care in outpatient setting to patients
  • Making appropriate internal and external referrals
  • Documenting care promptly and following charting protocols
  • Ensuring appropriate follow-up for ordered care, including referrals and test results
  • Maintaining familiarity with clinical guidelines

Requirements

  •  BC/BE Family Physician
  •  Graduate of an Accredited Program
  •  NY License eligibility 
  •  DEA
