Job Description:
As a
Lead Tax Services – Tax Senior Staff
within our Compliance Practice, you will play a critical role in managing complex client engagements and supporting high-impact tax projects. This role requires strong technical acumen and the ability to navigate nuanced tax issues with confidence and precision.

You will be involved in a broad range of responsibilities, including:

• Leading the preparation and technical review of corporate, partnership, and individual income tax returns
• Providing strategic tax consulting, including conducting in-depth research and advising clients on complex tax matters
• Collaborating with internal teams and clients on special projects, with an emphasis on planning and execution

Qualifications:

• BS in Accounting required, Masters in Taxation or LLM is a plus
• CPA or eligibility to sit for CPA required
• Minimum of three (3) years of progressive experience in public accounting or corporate/public blend
• Consolidated C-Corp, FAS 109, FIN 48, partnership, S-Corp, Individual and/or multi-state experience
• Ability to grow strong client relationships
• Possess effective writing, communication and tax research skills

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Crowe, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $62, $141,000.00 per year.
