We're growing, and we're looking for a high-energy, people-first operator to help keep the gym running smoothly, keep members engaged, and help new leads turn into long-term members.

The Role

This position is the connective tissue of the gym. You'll be responsible for keeping the member experience high, leads moving, operations tight, and the gym feeling alive — both in person and online.

You are not sitting behind a desk all day. You're interacting, checking in, following up, solving issues, and making sure nothing slips through the cracks.

Key ResponsibilitiesMember Experience & Retention

  • Personally engage with new members during their first 30 days to ensure they're:
  • Attending classes
  • Feeling confident
  • Experiencing early wins
  • Proactively reach out to members who haven't been in the gym in 7+ days and get them scheduled for their next session
  • Manage membership pauses, cancellations, and billing issues with professionalism, empathy, and clarity

Lead Follow-Up & Sales Support

  • Conduct speed-to-lead calls and follow-ups with new inquiries
  • Book qualified leads for sales appointments
  • Confirm appointments prior to scheduled consults to improve show rates
  • Maintain clean communication and notes so the sales staff can close effectively

Operations & Facility Support

  • Ensure the fridge is fully stocked with drinks available for purchase
  • Coordinate towel rotation:
  • Sweat towels
  • Cleanup towels
  • Cold towels
  • Ensure towels are sent to cleaners and restocked on time
  • Keep small operational details handled so coaches and owners can focus on coaching

Social Media & Online Presence

  • Create and fully manage social media content
  • Post consistently on:
  • Social platforms
  • Google platforms
  • Capture gym culture, members, workouts, wins, and community moments
  • Maintain a positive, authentic voice that reflects the gym's values
