Outside Sales Representative
to join their growing team in the Ohio region. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity with a company recognized for its strong engineering support, technical service capabilities, and dedication to providing turnkey solutions to industrial clients across the Midwest.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage relationships with new and existing industrial customers within an assigned territory.
  • Promote a full range of products and services including air compressors, vacuum systems, chillers, nitrogen/oxygen generators, and related automation equipment.
  • Identify opportunities for system upgrades, energy optimization, and preventative maintenance programs.
  • Conduct on-site visits to evaluate client equipment needs and propose customized solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with internal engineering and service teams to deliver technical proposals and ensure successful project implementation.
  • Maintain an active pipeline of opportunities using CRM tools and follow up consistently to drive revenue growth.
  • Participate in trade shows, industry events, and product training sessions to stay informed on new technologies and market trends.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets while maintaining a high standard of professionalism and customer service.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in outside or technical sales, preferably within the industrial, manufacturing, or automation sectors.
  • Strong mechanical or technical aptitude; familiarity with compressed air, HVAC, or industrial equipment is highly desirable.
  • Proven ability to manage a sales territory, develop accounts, and close deals.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel regularly within the assigned region.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Competitive base salary plus uncapped commission structure (70-75k)
