What You'll Do
We are seeking a highly strategic, dynamic, and outcome-oriented Director to serve as the Data Go-To-Market Lead for Slalom's Microsoft account. In this role you will drive growth and market presence for Slalom's Data & Intelligence capabilities (data platforms, advanced analytics, AI/ML, data strategy and advisory) directly selling to our clients across Microsoft and its subsidiaries. You will partner internally across Slalom's sales, capability leadership, marketing and delivery teams to define and execute a GTM plan that positions Slalom as the strategic data partner of choice for Microsoft.
Your mandate is growth: identify, develop, pursue and close revenue opportunities in the Microsoft account using Slalom's data capabilities. You will own the go-to-market strategy, pipeline development, proposal and pursuit leadership, and revenue results tied to the Microsoft relationship.
Primary Responsibilities Will Include

- Own revenue targets and pipeline for the Microsoft account.
- Engage directly with Microsoft account leadership, business/data executives and stakeholders.
- Lead solutioning and pre-sales efforts: collaborate with capability leads, architects, practice leads and delivery teams.
- Serve as the primary liaison for Microsoft account sales and strategy discussions.
- Work with Slalom marketing and capability leadership to develop thought leadership content.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitive activities, and Microsoft account developments.
- Provide leadership to a small team with responsibility for coaching and GTM execution.
- Ensure alignment between GTM strategy and delivery excellence.
What You'll Bring
- 12+ years of professional experience in technology consulting, enterprise sales or GTM leadership focused on data, analytics, AI/ML, or cloud business.
- Proven track record of generating and closing six- to eight-figure consulting or services engagements.
- Experience engaging large strategic accounts (preferably Microsoft or other major technology providers).
- Strong understanding of Microsoft's ecosystem (Azure, Microsoft data services, Microsoft 365/Power Platform).
- Excellent executive presence and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build GTM strategy, lead pursuits, and close deals.
- Depth in data & intelligence capabilities: data engineering, analytics, AI/ML, and modern data architectures.
- Strong leadership and team development skills.
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
Preferred Experience
- Prior consulting or services experience directly selling into Microsoft or a major technology vendor.
- Experience leading data/analytics GTM in the Microsoft ecosystem.
- Familiarity with creating and executing data-led marketing campaigns and thought leadership.
- Strong network within Microsoft or technology partner ecosystem.
