Contracts Specialist I

Job Summary
The Contracts Specialist I is responsible for drafting and reviewing agreements for Healthcare Professionals (HCPs). This role ensures contractual accuracy, completeness, and compliance while supporting efficient contract administration and collaboration with internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft agreements for Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) in accordance with established guidelines.
- Review contracts to ensure all required details are accurate and complete, including HCP name, fair market value (FMV), total compensation, and contract duration.
- Partner with cross-functional teams such as Legal and Meetings & Events to support contract execution and alignment.
- Support efficient administration of contract processes, including the use of automation where applicable.
- Assist with onboarding HCPs into the HCP Payments Portal by ensuring profiles are accurately set up and all required documentation is completed.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (MS Office).
- Contract management experience.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong task management and attention to detail.
- Demonstrated client relationship and communication skills.
Education
- Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree (BS).
Pay: $ $28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
