Summary Of Position
In this customer-facing role, the National Account Manager, Ecommerce, will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to maximize revenue, market share, and brand presence on They will oversee our largest ecommerce vendor customer relationships, generate meaningful sales revenue and profit growth, and work cross-functionally with internal and external teams. This role will lead in developing creative and forward-thinking strategies and will champion initiatives to address the dynamic ecommerce landscape, including trends in AI and technology.

Responsibilities
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and foster strong relationships with key external customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Responsible for accounts' P&L and sustainable growth.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for Amazon to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • In support of Company's goals and objectives, collaborate with product and brand marketing teams to create compelling product listings, promotional campaigns, and advertising strategies to increase visibility and conversion rates.
  • Monitor and report on KPIs, sales performance, and ROI of marketing activities, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Understand and articulate key business insights, analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
  • Will work extensively within Amazon portals.
  • Have a bias for action; identify issues and root causes, trends and opportunities, and make recommendations for improvements.
  • Collaborate and develop accurate forecasts in support of key customer business initiatives.
  • Stay updated on Amazon policies, tools, and best practices to ensure compliance and maximize effectiveness.
  • Consistently review with Customer Care, Logistics, and Account Receivables the necessary requirements needed to provide world class service to
  • Manage sales agency and other service providers including but not limited to, annual agency goal setting, joint customer calls, and annual evaluations.
  • Communicate industry and competitive news to the Company.

Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS

  • Strong analytical skills and experience working with multiple large and complex data sets; BI tools experience a plus.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in customer portals (Vendor Central).
  • Experience in Ecommerce advertising and marketing platforms, and performance analysis.
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills with proven negotiation skills.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity, complex business challenges and detailed analysis.
  • Strong presentation, interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to multi-task, stay organized, and perform tasks in a timely manner.
  • Proactive and collaborative team player.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
  • 5 years of ecommerce-related account management experience highly preferred. Direct Amazon account management experience required.
  • Ability to travel as required for customer meetings and industry conferences (up to 15%).
