Job Title: Project Management Specialist
Overview:
The Project Management Specialist is responsible for planning, executing, and closing HVAC projects according to deadlines and within budget. This role involves coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants to deliver projects according to plan. The Project Management Specialist will also define project objectives, oversee quality control, and ensure stakeholder satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and risk assessments.
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
  • Support Projects or Senior PM administratively and in the field as required.
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
  • Track project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
  • Report and escalate issues to management as needed.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with clients and all stakeholders.
  • Continuously improve project management processes and methodologies.
Required Qualifications:
  • Associate's degree in project management, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Project Management experience (at least 3 years)
  • Ability to plan, schedule and manage multiple Projects totaling approximately 5.0 million.
  • Knowledge of HVAC Mechanical Systems and Industry DDC
  • Ability to handle small projects from start to finish when required
  • Ability to travel when required
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Strong spelling and grammatical report writing skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, Project)
