Summary

We are seeking a Construction Project Manager with at least 3 years of experience managing commercial construction projects. This role will oversee project planning, budgeting, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and client communication to ensure successful project delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all phases of construction projects from pre-construction through closeout.
  • Develop, update, and maintain project schedules and budgets.
  • Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, architects, and consultants.
  • Prepare and manage contracts, change orders, RFIs, and project documentation.
  • Monitor job progress, staffing needs, costs, and quality control.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and building regulations throughout the project.
  • Facilitate project meetings and provide regular status updates to leadership.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction.
  • Strong understanding of construction methods, scheduling, and budgeting.
  • Excellent communication and client-management skills.
  • Experience with contract administration and project documentation.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency with construction management software preferred (ProCore).
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.

Pay: From $90,000.00 per year
