Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Cad/Cam Dental Designer to join our innovative dental laboratory team. The ideal candidate will utilize advanced CAD/CAM technology to design and fabricate precise dental restorations, ensuring optimal patient outcomes. This role offers an exciting opportunity to combine technical expertise with clinical knowledge to deliver high-quality dental solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Utilize 3-Shape software to design dental restorations such as crowns, bridges, veneers, and implants with precision and attention to detail.
  • Collaborate with dental clinicians to interpret clinical data and patient-specific requirements for accurate design.
  • Operate and maintain CAD/CAM equipment, ensuring optimal functionality and calibration.

  • Assist in the fabrication process by preparing digital models for milling or 3D printing.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records related to each case.
  • Follow HIPAA guidelines to ensure patient confidentiality and data security.
  • Stay updated on advancements in dental materials, CAD/CAM technology, and industry best practices.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in dental fabrication, laboratory work, or related fields with a strong understanding of dental anatomy and terminology.
  • Proficiency in CAD software specific to dental design (e.g., Exocad, 3Shape).
  • Understanding of infection control protocols, aseptic techniques, and laboratory safety standards.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to work accurately.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively .
