Summary

We are seeking a dedicated CSR and Inside Sales professional to join our team in the Port Charlotte, Florida. This role will foster customer relationships and drive sales growth aligned with our company's mission and values.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers via phone and email to understand their needs and provide effective solutions.
  • Utilize ServiceTitan to manage customer information and sales pipelines.
  • Develop new business opportunities through outbound and warm calling strategies.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.
  • Support marketing initiatives by promoting our services to potential clients.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and product offerings.
  • Qualifications
  • Proven experience in inside sales, B2B sales, and customer service roles.
  • Strong communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with ServiceTitan preferred, Microsoft suite, and related technology tools.
  • Excellent command of English, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of professionalism and integrity.
