We're looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist for our client located in Round Rock

What You'll Do

  • Handle incoming payments and customer billing tasks, ensuring all receivables are recorded and processed correctly
  • Keep financial records up to date by entering transactions quickly and accurately
  • Support collection efforts and coordinate the preparation and submission of sales tax reports across various states and local jurisdictions
  • Review and verify credit information for prospective clients as part of the onboarding process
  • Provide backup support with payables processing and posting entries to the general ledger
  • Work closely with team members to keep accounting workflows running smoothly and assist wherever needed

What We're Looking For

  • 2–4 years of accounts receivable or bookkeeping experience
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office — especially Excel
  • Solid understanding of bookkeeping procedures, accounting principles, and compliance standards
  • Ability to handle high-volume tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional organization, accuracy, and time management skills
  • Friendly, positive attitude and the ability to work independently
