? Our client, a leader in the life science industry, is seeking a
Sr. HR Business Partner
to spearhead the North American function and being part of global HR evolution.

This is a pivotal, hands-on role where you serve as the
trusted business partner
to the organization. Moreover, as part of the NA Leadership Team, you will be influencing strategy, securing culture, and ensuring operational excellence across all HR functions.

You will be the vital link between their NA leadership and their global HR strategy.

  • Strategic Business Partner:
    Act as a trusted advisor to the NA Leadership Team, influencing regional business strategy and driving organizational development.
  • Full Life Cycle Management:
    Own and lead all NA HR functions, including recruitment, performance management, talent development, and employee engagement.
  • Operational Excellence:
    Oversee compensation, benefits, payroll coordination, and ensure adherence to all North American labor laws and regulations.
  • Global Collaboration:
    Partner closely with the Head of Global HR on major initiatives like
    organizational design, M&A support,
    and the further
    digitalization.

This is a hybrid role (3 days onsite), located in the Princeton, NJ area.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years
    of progressive professional HR experience, including
    approximately 5 years in a leadership/director role.
  • Comprehensive hands-on exposure to the
    full mix of HR tasks
    and the complete employee life cycle.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a
    matrixed, fast-decision-taking environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in HR or related field (master's degree preferred).
  • Experience in the
    healthcare/life science industry is preferred.
