Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Scheduling / Fill-In Caregiver to provide in-home support to clients on an as-needed basis. This position is perfect for someone who is flexible, enjoys helping others, and can step in to ensure our clients' care needs are consistently met.

Responsibilities:

  • Fill in for regular caregivers as scheduled.
  • Assist clients with daily activities such as meal preparation, dressing, medication reminders, and light housekeeping.
  • Provide companionship and support while ensuring client safety.
  • Communicate effectively with the scheduling team regarding availability and client needs.
  • Maintain HIPAA compliance and respect client privacy.

Qualifications:

  • Previous caregiving experience preferred.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to different client needs and routines.
  • Reliable, punctual, and flexible with schedule changes.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to pass background checks and any state-required certifications.

Schedule:

  • Flexible hours to cover as-needed shifts.
  • 40 hours per week with consistent availability preferred.

Compensation:

  • $720 per week for 40 hours.
  • Paid biweekly.
