They ensure safety and efficiency by improving processes, setting team targets, and acting as a link between employees and upper management. Supervisors are also responsible for coaching and resolving issues.Work Location:This is an on-site roleWork Schedule: Weekend Days Friday-Sunday 6:30am-7:30pm with the ability to work before or after scheduled hours based on business needs.Compensation/Benefits:Attractive annual salary of $70,000-$72,000 plus bonus with benefits including PTO, sick time, corporate holidays, medical, dental and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and more.
