We are seeking a full-time paralegal to support our robust intellectual property litigation practice. This is an immediate opening with an anticipated start date in January 2026.

What We're Looking For

We are looking for a focused, detail-oriented professional with at least 10 years of relevant experience—ideally including time at a large national or international law firm or an IP litigation boutique. An innate sense of curiosity, attention to detail, and strong organizational and communication skills are essential.

What You'll Do

Case Management & Litigation Support

  • Manage attorney case files, including pleadings, discovery requests and responses, correspondence, client documents, and the like
  • Manage document collection, storage, and production, including coordinating with vendors and clients
  • Assist attorneys with proofreading, cite-checking, and compiling exhibits and appendices for complex documents like briefs and expert reports
  • Prepare routine documents like notices of appearance, certificates of service, and deposition notices
  • Assist attorneys with discovery and trial-related tasks like deposition and witness examination outlines, trial exhibits, and the like
  • Manage vendor relationships for court reporting and videography, printing, trial graphics, on-site trial support, and the like

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in litigation support, including experience in IP litigation
  • Paralegal certificate or equivalent experience
  • Proficiency in Relativity, Westlaw, PACER, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Acrobat
  • Comfortable working remotely with occasional travel for trials and major hearings

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary range: $80,000–$110,000
