What We're Looking For:

We're currently hiring a
Senior Project Manager/Estimator
to join our team. This hybrid role is perfect for someone who knows how to balance boots-on-the-ground project management with office-based estimating and relationship-driven sales. You'll oversee projects throughout the Austin area and play a key part in bringing in new business through your connections and reputation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage construction and restoration projects from start to finish
  • Create accurate and competitive estimates using industry-standard software
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, adjusters, and subcontractors
  • Actively seek out and bring in new work through networking and referrals
  • Ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget
  • Coordinate with internal teams and occasionally support other departments as needed

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in project management and estimating (restoration or construction)
  • Strong understanding of estimating platforms (e.g., Xactimate)
  • Proven ability to bring in business and build client relationships
  • Solid organizational and leadership skills
  • Based in or willing to work across the greater Austin, TX area
  • Willingness to jump in and help out wherever needed
