Summerwind Jewelers is looking for qualified and motivated Sales Support & Customer Service specialists to join our team In this role, you will provide support to all team members, respond to customer needs, and complete daily and weekly tasks throughout the store. Ideal candidates are experienced professionals with knowledge of sales and customer service best practices in a retail environment. We expect you to work well with a team and have excellent people skills.

Full-time position is 32-40 hours/week plus benefits. Part-time is flexible, but ideal candidates would be available at least 3 days/week to work 24-30 hours total. This is a seasonal position with the option to grow into longer term.

Candidates should be friendly, outgoing, motivated self-starters, task-oriented. You must possess integrity, enthusiasm, attention to detail, readiness to learn, and the ability to be a team-player. Your primary role is to support the top salespeople through their work with customers, while keeping up with store appearance, assigned tasks, and learning the ins and outs of the jewelry industry.

For this position, jewelry-industry experience is not required. We will train the right person - but a positive attitude and willingness to work is a must

In addition to the responsibilities and skills listed for this position, we welcome applicants with experience in a range of other areas, including but not limited to: IT/tech support, graphic design, photography, social media, content creation, web design and/or management, marketing, data entry, bookkeeping, and administrative assistance.
