Located in the heart of St. Paul's Midway neighborhood, we offer a vibrant campus with Independent Living, Assisted Living, Memory Care, Skilled Nursing, and Hospice. Our residents enjoy access to amenities including a fitness center, pool, pub, theater, and gourmet dining.

We are currently hiring an Activities Assistant to join our dedicated team.

Wage: $18.00 – $22.00 per hour

Shifts Available: Part-Time (Flexible weekday ours to include some evenings and every other weekend 20 hours a week)

What You'll Do:
  • Plan, organize, and lead both group and one-on-one engagement activities that are meaningful and personalized
  • Support special events, outings, and holiday celebrations
  • Deliver wellness-based programs addressing all dimensions of well-being (physical, emotional, spiritual, intellectual, social)
  • Collaborate with the Life Enhancement Director, Nursing, Therapy, and Dining teams to enhance resident experiences
  • Modify programs to suit the varying abilities of residents across all care levels
  • Assist with resident assessments, care plan meetings, and progress tracking
  • Maintain accurate documentation in line with regulatory guidelines
  • Continuously seek innovative and evidence-based approaches to resident engagement
What We're Looking For:
  • NCCAP certified or other Activity Certifications preferred
  • Background or experience in senior living, recreation, wellness, or related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lead activities and work collaboratively with a team
  • Compassionate, adaptable, and resident-focused approach
