HD Golf ) is seeking an Installation Technician for North American Market. As our front-line brand ambassador, it's important you have a well-rounded skillset - you're great with both people and mechanically inclined.

HD Golf's Installation Technicians bring world class golf simulators to life in homes, businesses, and training centers around the world with high quality, custom installations. The successful candidate will be available for approximately two to four installations per month. A typical installation requires three to four days. Compensation will be based on a per installation basis, with travel expenses paid by HD Golf. The Installation Technician will be a contract position, reporting to the Director of Customer Service in Toronto, Canada.

Responsibilities :

  • Install world class golf and sports simulators in homes, businesses, training centers
  • Complete service calls at client sites
  • Provide support to sales, production, and marketing staff
  • After-hours technical support
  • Assist at trade show events

Requirements :

  • Diploma in a mechanical or electrical field or have equivalent experience a plus
  • Must possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Must have a valid passport and be able to travel
  • Lift in excess of 70lbs
  • Strong customer service skills
  • weekend work may be required
  • Creativity and ingenuity - great at finding workarounds when the obvious door closes.
  • Organized, focused, and willing to work alone or with a team
  • Mechanical aptitude and prior experience with electrical wiring
  • Comfortable installing and using audio visual equipment
  • LINUX experience a plus
  • Low Voltage Technician Certification a plus
  • US Certificates like, OSHA, Fall Arrest considered a Big Asset
