Overview

We are seeking compassionate and reliable In-Home Caregivers to provide high-quality care and support to clients in the comfort of their own homes. In this essential role, you will help enhance each client's quality of life by promoting independence, safety, and emotional well-being.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility support.
  • Provide medication reminders and monitor vital signs as needed.
  • Offer companionship, emotional support, and engagement in meaningful activities.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable home environment.
  • Observe, document, and report any changes in client condition to supervisors or healthcare professionals.
  • Collaborate with families and care teams to ensure comprehensive, client-centered care.

Requirements

  • Genuine compassion, patience, and empathy for others.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and follow care plans or instructions.
  • Flexibility and calmness in dynamic or changing situations.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in caregiving, senior care, or healthcare.
  • Knowledge of ADLs, geriatric care, or hospice care.
  • Skills in vital signs monitoring, meal preparation, and medication assistance.
  • HCA registration, CPR certification, and TB test (or willingness to obtain).
