Overview

We are seeking an experienced BILINGUAL Construction Supervisor to oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in construction management, with expertise in project scheduling, budgeting, and quality control. This role requires effective leadership and communication skills to ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

Duties

  • Supervise daily construction activities and manage on-site personnel to ensure compliance with project specifications and safety regulations.
  • Oversee and coordinate 3-5 projects at a time
  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and contracts to guide project execution effectively.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality control, and adherence to OSHA regulations.
  • Collaborate with subcontractors and suppliers to coordinate schedules and resolve any issues that arise during construction.
  • Organization and handling of material distribution
  • Communicate with customers in a professional manner
  • Implement quality control measures to ensure that all work meets industry standards and client expectations.
  • Keep work yard organized and running efficiently
  • Experience
  • Proven experience in a supervisory role within the construction industry is essential.
  • Strong knowledge of construction management principles and practices.
  • Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately.
  • Knowledge of OSHA standards and safety regulations relevant to construction sites.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead teams effectively.
