Our client are we specializing in designing and manufacturing advanced Autonomous Vehicles that push the boundaries of defense technology.

The Autonomous Vehicles integrate complex electro-mechanical systems, high-precision sensors, and cutting-edge software to operate in challenging environments. The Electrical Engineer will be a key member of the engineering team, responsible for designing, developing, testing, and optimizing electrical systems, writing firmware, and designing printed circuit boards (PCBs) for our cutting-edge AUV technology. Your expertise will contribute to the advancement of their underwater control and navigation capabilities.

The following experience is required:

  • 2 to 5 years of experience in electrical engineering specifically focusing on firmware development and board design.
  • Proficiency in PCB design tools (e.g., Altium Designer) and familiarity with PCB manufacturing processes.
  • Solid understanding of digital and analog circuit design, power electronics, and sensor integration. Experience with communication protocols such as UART, SPI, I2C, CANbus, and Ethernet.
  • Strong proficiency in embedded firmware development using programming languages such as C/C++.
  • Experience with Microchip dsPIC / STM STM32 microcontroller architectures.
  • Experience with Embedded Linux Computers (e.g Rasberry Pi).
  • Test equipment: oscilloscopes, digital multi meters, electronic loads, etc.

Any experience in the following would be highly preferred:

  • Experience in the marine or robotics industry is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of signal integrity analysis and simulation tools (e.g., SPICE) is advantageous.
