Responsibilities:
In this role, you will be working directly with clients to assess their needs, provide expert advice, close sales and self perform the sold work. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and capable of performing all work necessary in the residential construction field
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet with potential clients to understand their home repair and maintenance needs and objectives.
- Conduct on-site assessments to gather detailed information on the scope of the project.
- Provide expert advice to the homeowner
- Develop and present detailed cost estimates and material options.
- Close sales, ensuring both client satisfaction and company profitability.
- Complete the quoted work this includes having the skills to perform carpentry work, light plumbing, light electrical, drywall, painting, and lots of other handyman type of work.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Utilize company software
- 2+ years of experience in construction, preferably within the residential remodeling, construction, or home improvement industry.
- In-depth understanding of remodeling processes, materials, and industry standards.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to succeed.
- Positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure.
