Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dependable Front Desk Supervisor to oversee daily front desk operations and ensure a high-quality guest experience. This role supports the Front Office Manager and collaborates with multiple departments to maintain operational accuracy and service standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily front desk operations, including guest check-in and check-out
  • Lead, train, and support front desk agents
  • Handle guest concerns and resolve issues professionally
  • Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures
  • Coordinate with Housekeeping, Accounting, Maintenance, and F&B teams
  • Assist with scheduling, shift coverage, and staff supervision
  • Review daily reports, cash handling, and audit accuracy
  • Operate and supervise transactions using the LightSpeed system
  • Support onboarding and ongoing training of front desk staff

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of hotel front desk experience
  • Supervisory experience preferred
  • Experience using LightSpeed required
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced hotel environment
  • Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
