Essential Job Functions:

· Cash checks of all types and process credit card cash advances following established procedures

· Slot tickets, gaming chips, and coins to currency quickly, accurately and efficiently

· Provide prompt, friendly and courteous service to all guests in a confidential manner

· Balance cashier bank and meet established standards of accuracy

· Process Pit fills and credits

· Run coin through Jet Sort and maintain accuracy of coin bags

· Verify cash from other banks within the cage

· Set up and Verify outlet banks

· Drop and fill ATM machines (Drop Cashier only)

· Accurately complete Quicket and Kiosk reports

· Answer a multi-line phone system

· Maintain work station in a clean, neat and orderly manner

· All other duties that may be assigned

Work Environment:

· Must be willing to work any shift when necessary, including weekends and holidays

· Must be able to tolerate areas containing second hand smoke

Job Requirements:

· Must be able to add, subtract, multiply and divide, using whole numbers and decimals

· Must be able to speak, read, write and understand English

· Must have working knowledge of Windows Outlook, fax machine, 10-key, currency counters, copier, and telephone

· Must work well with direct supervision

· Must provide excellent guest service

· Must be able to function well as a team member with all departments

· Must be able to remain calm in emergency situations

· Must have Gaming Registration or ability to obtain same

· Previous experience required in heavy cash handling; at least six months

· Previous experience required in a customer service position; at least six months

· Must be at least 21 years of age

Physical Requirements:

· Must be able to stand for long periods of time

· Must be able to lift 25 lbs on a repetitive basis

· Must have manual dexterity in hands and fingers

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $14.00 per hour
