Town Square Adult Day is seeking a results-driven Inside Sales professional to convert inquiries into enrolled members. This is an inside sales role only—focused on phone, follow-up, and closing—not community drop-ins or external business development.
This role is ideal for someone who can confidently guide families from uncertainty to commitment and is motivated by uncapped performance-based earnings.
Town Square serves as a daytime stabilization and supervision resource for older adults with cognitive impairment, helping families delay higher levels of care.
What You'll Do (Inside Sales Focus)
- Handle inbound inquiries from families and referral sources
- Conduct phone-based enrollment consultations and virtual tours
- Follow up consistently with prospects until a clear decision is reached
- Guide families through emotional, high-stakes decisions with clarity and confidence
- Schedule and coordinate in-center tours as part of the sales process
- Own the enrollment pipeline from first contact to start of care
- Track all activity, follow-up, and conversions in CRM
- Collaborate with center leadership to ensure appropriate placement
What This Role Is Not
- No outside business development or field sales
- No cold door-to-door outreach
- No reciprocal referral arrangements
- No passive intake or order-taking
This is a closer role, not an administrative position.

Qualifications
- Sales, admissions, or call-center closing experience preferred
- Healthcare, senior care, or service-based sales a plus
- Strong phone presence and written communication skills
- Organized, disciplined, and self-motivated
- CRM experience preferred
