Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Service Representative (Contractor) to support legal and business compliance services. This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain professional experience, learn a regulated industry, and contribute to a well-established organization.

Skill / Qualifications

  • Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
  • High attention to detail with a strong focus on accuracy
  • Ability to quickly absorb product knowledge and apply information to customer needs
  • Ability to exercise sound judgment and make appropriate business decisions
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

Job Responsibilities

  • Log, prepare, and send customer communications via mail and email
  • Perform accurate data entry and data review
  • File annual reports with relevant state agencies
  • Review customer orders for accuracy and completeness
  • Respond to customer inquiries via email in a timely and professional manner
  • Build and maintain positive working relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Perform additional backend and clerical support tasks as required
