What You'll Do
- Prepare, review, and negotiate construction contracts, subcontracts, and amendments.
- Manage risk exposure, insurance compliance, and contract tracking in Salesforce.
- Collaborate across Legal, Sales, and Project Management to secure favorable terms.
- Leverage tools like DocuSign, SharePoint, and AI-based platforms (Superlegal AI).
- Serve as a trusted liaison ensuring contracts are executed accurately and efficiently.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of paralegal experience in
commercial construction
(required). - Degree in Paralegal Studies (Associate's or Bachelor's) and Paralegal Certification.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills — diplomatic, persistent, and clear.
- Tech-savvy and open to AI/CLM tools.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Long-term commitment to a
paralegal career
(not a stepping stone to law school).
