Scope of Position
This highly motivated individual, as part of the Shipping department, will be responsible for performing complex inventory functions, training peers, and assisting leads with material planning. Works with limited supervision and expected to problem-solve routine issues.
This position reports to the Manufacturing Supervisor. This role is onsite and is based in Menomonee Falls, WI.
Primary Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform advanced cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies.
- Process and document inventory adjustments with minimal errors.
- Operate stand-up and sit-down forklifts under supervision.
- Completes industrial lift truck certifications (as needed).
- Maintain clean and safe work areas.
- Assist in training of department employees.
- Proactively identify material shortages and communicate to leads/supervisors.
- Assist with scheduling replenishment and supporting production demands.
- Troubleshoot RF scanner/system errors and escalate issues as needed.
- Contribute ideas for improving material flow and inventory control
- Support additional warehouse tasks as directed.
- Collaborate effectively with all team members across departments.
- Helps support other department functions as needed.
- Help create and maintain a positive work environment.
- Understand and abide by all company safety policies.
- Assume responsibility for other projects and duties as assigned by Manufacturing Supervisor or Company management.
- Responsibility directly tied to Watts Value (Integrity, Accountability, Continuous Improvement, Transparency)
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED or equivalent work experience
- 3+ years of experience in a warehouse or material handling role.
- 1+ years of experience operating stand-up and sit-down forklifts and/or cherry pickers.
- Computer proficiency and experience with RF scanners.
- Strong math skills for counting, adjustments, and reconciliation.
- Ability to work independently on daily tasks
- Ability to follow standard operating procedures with strong attention to detail.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
- Must be comfortable with heights, as this role may require picking product from high racks in the warehouse.
- Understanding of and adherence to applicable laws, codes, policies, regulations, and safety practices and procedures, as applicable.
- Must successfully establish employment eligibility and satisfactorily complete background checks and required pre-employment testing as a condition of employment.

Working Conditions:
While performing the job duties, you will be working on-site in a manufacturing facility. You will be required to work at the Company's location in Menomonee Falls, WI. Your scheduled work hours will be communicated to you by your manager.
Physical Requirements: Specific physical abilities required for this position include, but are not limited to:
- Ability to stand for long periods of time.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to push and pull up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to physically move around manufacturing floor.
- Ability to read documents and communicate clearly with management and coworkers.
- Ability to wear personal protective equipment, which may include, but is not limited to, safety shoes, hearing protection, and safety glasses.
