Position Description:
Role Summary: We are looking for a Technical Training Support professional at our training center in Tulsa. Experience in administrative support, training logistics, and general office management will be necessary in this role. A Senior level would be possible for those with the qualifications and skillset. This person would be in office Monday-Friday. This posting will close on December 1st.
What You Will Do
Provide support regarding employee and contractor Operator Qualification (OQ) training.
Perform data entry into multiple systems for operator qualification exams and evaluations, Operations technical training, and safety training.
Coordinate company and contract employee Operator Qualification (OQ) testing schedules with company and third-party evaluators for company division operations.
Produce training and exam reporting from multiple training systems regarding operator qualification, operations technical training, and safety training/meetings.
Create and edit computer-based training (CBT) courses for company divisions.
Enroll field operations personnel in operator qualification training courses and exams, operations technical training courses, and safety training courses within computer-based training applications.
Regular and reliable attendance is required in performance of job.
Employee may be required to perform additional duties as assigned.
What You Will Need
Minimum H.S. Diploma with one or more years previous experience in data entry, training scheduling, and training reporting.
Experience working within Microsoft Office Word, Excel and Outlook.
Experience in data entry and computer-based training applications.
Knowledge of Department of Transportation (DOT)/Pipeline & Hazardous Materials Safety Administration (PHMSA) regulations, governmental regulations and internal policies and procedures regarding operator qualification (OQ) and field operations training.
Previous experience with customer service responsibilities.
Ability to communicate effectively.
Demonstrated ability to read and write fluently in English.
Minimum Applicable Driver's License
Mobility to travel in and around office surroundings and job and training sites out of doors.
Able to operate tools and equipment required.
Lift and move objects weighing 30-to-60 lbs. occasionally.
Communicate and exchange information verbally and conduct oral presentations.
Visual abilities to perform job responsibilities.
