Role Summary

We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Home Care Assistant to provide support three days a week in a private residence in Country Club Hills. This role is focused on maintaining a clean, organized home and ensuring essential errands are completed efficiently.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Errands & Logistics: Handling grocery shopping, pharmacy pickups, and other local errands to keep the household running smoothly.
  • Home Maintenance: Performing light housekeeping duties, including laundry, dishes, vacuuming, and general tidying of living spaces.
  • Meal Support: Assisting with basic meal preparation and ensuring the kitchen is clean and organized.
  • Companionship: Providing a consistent, friendly presence and helping with daily tasks during the 9 AM to 2 PM window.

Requirements

  • Reliability: Must be able to commit to the Monday, Wednesday, Friday schedule consistently.
  • Transportation: A valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle are required for running errands.
  • Trustworthiness: Must be able to pass a standard background check for healthcare workers in Illinois.
  • Note: Due to personal care needs and client comfort, a female caregiver is preferred for this role.
  • Experience: Previous experience in home care, housekeeping, or as a personal assistant is highly valued.

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
