JOB DESCRIPTION

JOB TITLE: BD ANALYST PROJECT CONTROLS PAY GRADE: NIS 9

DUTY DAYS: 260 FLSA STATUS: NON-EXEMPT DATE REVISED: 10/28/2025 HC

FUNDING SOURCE: THIS POSITION IS BOND FUNDED.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

A Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field from an accredited college or

university is preferred. One (1) year of related experience is required. Incumbent must be proficient in Procore, Microsoft

Word and Excel as well as other computerized applications.

SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

This position requires knowledge and skill in the use of District computers and their software. This position requires the

ability to apply knowledge of a process, coordinate project data, organize and maintain records, and manage time effectively

and efficiently. Incumbent must also be able to communicate effectively through written and oral communication and must

be able to work effectively with staff. This position requires experience in creating and maintaining Standard Operating

Procedures (SOPs), reviews of project plans, contract documents and project specifications.

JOB PURPOSE AND RESPONSIBILITY:

This position is responsible for the reporting functions/activities of projects executed by the AISD Construction Management

department including Project Controls over invoicing, accounting items, special reporting for construction projects, and the

collection of project data and progress reports.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Responsible for creating, maintaining, and developing new reports in Procore.

• Responsible for providing technical support in Procore.

• Responsible for onboarding and training of staff members in regards to Procore and any other technical items.

• Support the AISD Construction Management department in dealing with Project Control matters for past and future

bond programs.

• Assist with development and implement the Project Controls Plan for AISD Construction Management department.

• Collaborate with Finance, BPS, EOO, Facility Maintenance and other stakeholders/departments to improve SOPs.

• Develop solutions to problems and/or questions related to Project Controls to all internal/external customers.

• Support and participate in all the internal/external audits.

• Collaborate with Closeout Coordinator with project closeouts (as needed).

• Collaborate on Invoicing Payables and the shared inbox for CMD Processing.

• Provide an exceptional customer experience for all AISD stakeholders with intentional and professional practices that

promote a culture of respect.

situations driven by need where a team effort is required.

This Incumbent reports to the appropriate supervisor of the department. Incumbent will have regular contact with other
